Together we will identify the toxic patterns and beliefs that you are carrying, whether inherited or programmed, and through deep internal work integrate the gifts while releasing the limitations. I offer EFT, meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, CBT, somato-emotional release, yogic practices, energy healing, therapeutic touch and many other strategies to assist my clients to reclaim wholeness and to self heal.
