These sessions are designed to provide support and clarity around elements of the childbearing continuum. These are booked in two separate one-hour sessions. The first to discover needs, questions and concerns. The second to provide answers and experience, as well as follow up on previous recommendations.

This is the ultimate package for complete care throughout the childbearing continuum. I will be with you through the entire journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We will develop a deep and ongoing connection to provide exactly what you need for yourself and your family.

In this session we will drop in deep, clarify intentions you wish to manifest and spend time addressing every part of your physical and energetic body. This spacious session is perfect for those who want a full body balancing experience.

This package is designed to address chronic and long held pain patterns within the body. We will address your concerns by working through the layers of holding and pain within the body and mind. 

Dissolving the Layers (Chronic Pain Relief)

Blending my traditional integrative bodywork session with warm river stones to add a sense of grounding and heat to support the body's healing process. 

Hot Stone Massage

Our wombs are continuously cycling through different energetic and physical states. Spending time to support this space is incredible nurturing to the whole self. This service blends whole body massage, with more focused time on the womb and belly.

The Somatic Reparenting Method is an experience created by Dr. Somer Nicole that utilizes elements of nervous system healing, inner child work and movement to release holding patterns in the body, mind and soul. The process starts with a customized movement practice, followed by a somatically focused guided mediation to reconnect with our bodies and the parts that have been separated from our whole selves. 

Somatic Reparenting Method

This package allows us to go deeper together and create a therapeutic relationship in an ongoing container. Great for those that want to achieve a deeper healing process within themselves, and experience different elements of the work I have to offer. 

Transformation: 3 Sessions to Support Change

We will have a consultation before we meet to feel into the needs and desires that are arising. I will set up a half day of healing that could include integrative bodywork, massage, energy healing, plant brushings, crystal grids, aromatherapy, tarot/oracle card readings, Somatic Reparenting Method, yoni steams, moxa and/or much more. This is designed as an opportunity to go deep and address more soul level healing. Perfect for times of life transitions (birth, death, loss of job/relationship/home, new job/relationship/home, lifelong and chronic issues, annual resets).

A Half Day of Holistic Healing

These sessions are designed for those in the pregnancy and/or postpartum time. We will spend one hour discussing elements of childbearing, and we will spend the second hour doing integrative bodywork.

Doula Session

These nourishing sessions are designed for new mothers who have just gone through the birth portal. We spend time weaving the birth story and integrating that new piece of yourself. We also use traditional practices of warming that include delicious foods, herbal tea, yoni steaming, moxa and a relaxing foot/hand/shoulder massage. A deeply restorative experience that includes herbal gifts to take home! 

Postpartum Care Session

These are a series of sessions to support families during the prenatal and postpartum period. This package is perfect for those who choose to birth in the hospital or who are having a cesarean section, but still want holistic, nurturing prenatal and postpartum care. 
**This package does NOT include birth attendance**

Prenatal/Postpartum Doula Package (No Birth Attendance)

This session is designed for families to connect with me and ask any specific questions they have around the childbearing continuum. I recommend getting the two session package for a deeper level of support and follow up. 

Childbearing Consultation - Intro Session

These magical sessions are for families who have just gone through the birth portal. We will explore the amazing placenta, do an energetic reading and make prints together. These sessions are very sweet, special and magical for the whole family to honor the incredible placenta. 

Placenta Reading

This is for families wishing to encapsulate the placenta from their birth for alchemical purposes. This process can be customized to create what the family needs: tinctures, powders, capsules and more! This session pair wonderfully with the Placenta Reading, to honor the journey of the placenta before it transmutes to its next phase.
