InSync Massage Therapy is run in a peaceful, relaxing and clean environment, offering a range of massage options. Your therapist will discuss your issues, work with you intuitively and tailor a session that works specifically for you as an individual. At InSync I believe an important part of massage is the 'mind/body' integration and keeping yourself in balance (Yin Yang). If we are out of sync mentally, stress will manifest itself and transfer into different areas of our body causing a build up of tension/pain. Alternatively, if our body is experiencing physical pain, then it is hard for our mind to focus on other tasks clearly, thus causing anxiety, depression and insomnia. We all need time to reconnect with our inner being so come in, de-stress, relax and walk away feeling renewed and in balance.
