Sound Healing sessions at h'Airds - We all know of the positive effects that listening to music has on us. When we distill sound down to it’s essential elements it can become therapeutic, bring about deep relaxation, and is an effective enabler for self-healing. Everything vibrates, and by utilising certain frequencies we can use tuning forks to “tune” our nervous system & relieve stress and tension. Sound sessions are held on Fridays & Saturdays after the salon’s other appointments are finished to ensure a calm, quiet space.
