Nina was great, she was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed here presence. However my hair did not turn out the way I wanted. I wanted to stay away from streaky highlights but the end result was exactly that. The color of the balyage was off and didn’t suit my hair color. Also, the placements of the highlights were random and unblended. I am so unhappy with my hair and have been crying since the day I got it done and I am scared to go out in public because I feel terrible when I look in the mirror.
