Welcome to my booking platform. I am a personal trainer with more than 10 years experience. I have helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals. Knowing the important of sports massage in recovery and performance I am now a level 5 sports massage & myoskletal therapist. This depth understanding of movement and anatomy allows me to help a variety of people with different musculoskeletal conditions, from recover of injuries & managing chronic pain.
