Micro-needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is an advanced aesthetic procedure that makes use of a device consisting of multiple tiny sterile needles, which oscillate (moving back and forth) on top of the skin. These needles penetrate the skin and cause micro-injury, which triggers the skin cells to repair and regenerate, including collagen and elastin.

As we age, collagen production naturally begins to slow down, which can lead to signs of aging (fine lines/ wrinkles) Micro-needling induces the production of collagen and elastin. Cosmelan is made up of a powerful formulation of ingredients, which work together to remove pigment from the skin and inhibit tyrosinase, the basic enzyme responsible for the production of excess pigment in the skin. The treatment consists of two parts, an in-clinic mask application followed by a home care maintenance regime lasting up to 12 months.

The most common type of pigmentation treated with Cosmelan  is melasma. Melasma is usually triggered by hormonal changes within the body and will show up as an even pattern often covering the cheeks, temples, forehead and top lip.

Sunspots can also be treated effectively as well as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, usually seen after acne breakouts.

The Acnelan peel delivers a cross-cutting solution to treat the numerous factors that trigger acne. It is these units that harbor acne.

It combines an intensive prep treatment of Azelan peels and  home care treatment products. Treatment is done in a course depending on the grade of acne treatment range from 1-3 in clinic sessions.

TCA (Trichloracetic Acid) Peel is the Medium depth type  of chemical peel which penetrates skin at a deeper level. Self-neutralizing, depigmenting, combined peel for focal use for dark spots, lentigines and hyperpigmentation.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

The skin would need to be prepped before we can administer this peel. A recommended course of melanostop peels should be administered first aswell and a good homecare routine.

Mesopeel Melonoplus TCA Peel

Lactic acid peel that stimulates production of new collagen and glycosaminoglycans, components of the dermal matrix. It has a natural moisturizing effect on the skin as a result of attracting water molecules to the stratum corneum, stimulating ceramide synthesis and enhancing and modulating the barrier function. Indicated for sensitive, dry and thinning skin and delicate areas such as the neck and décolleté due to being highly tolerated by skin.

Indications:
Peel treatment for dull skin, expression lines and superficial wrinkles, suitable for use around the eyes.
