A deep tissue massage at Ando Wellness offers targeted relief for tension and pain, with therapists who tailor each session to individual needs. Many clients appreciate the thorough initial assessments and the effective use of techniques like laser-assisted physiotherapy and manual lymphatic drainage, which help enhance mobility and reduce discomfort.
