Missybrow was founded by Elaine Tay, a Singapore based Semi-permanent Makeup Artist and Instructor. She has been beautifying women for more than a decade. Her passion leads her to offer more than just her beauty skills, she feels that most women can take their brows in their own “hands”. In the current day where eyebrows are more of a status symbol than a beauty addition, ensuring they are looking big and beautiful is a given in any beauty regime.
