My name is Shona and I am a Soft Tissue Therapist working from my therapy room based in Brandon, Suffolk. I have further training in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, IASTM, Taping, Pregnancy, Dermoneuromodulation, Mobilisations. I also offer Personal training and Injury rehab sessions from Lynx Fitness Gym in Brandon.
