Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques with or without the use of oil or lotion.  Reflexology helps put the body into a state of relaxation, encouraging the body to heal itself.  Reflexology is suitable for all ages, but it is not a substitute for medical intervention and any medical conditions a client has must first be diagnosed by a GP.  As a Reflexologist, I cannot claim that Reflexology can cure an illness and I cannot prescribe or diagnose, but I do believe it is a great way to re-balance, relax and restore mind, body and spirit, holistically.

Indian Head Massage can be carried out either laying down on a couch or seated in a chair. It is an holistic treatment used to improve scalp and hair condition by using a variety of pressure and techniques.  It may also increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, and help improve blood circulation, lymphatic flow, free knots of muscular tension, relax connective tissue, and aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products.

Hot stone massage involves placing and rubbing the basalt stones along your body to work deeply into your soft muscle tissues. This is a deeply relaxing treatment used to balance and realign the body.

Hot Stone Massage 

A 30 minute foot pamper starting with a soothing soak in a warm foot spa with the essential oils of your choice to help your tired, swollen and aching feet followed by a foot scrub and finally a relaxing foot massage before your 45 minute reflexology treatment begins. 

Reflexology Foot Spa

This is a wonderful facial treatment that works holistically, using the power of crystals combined with the use of specific oils and massage techniques to relax, renew and regenerate. The facial uses a variety of crystals, crystal rollers and gua sha tools and focuses upon the both the energetic and physiological aspects of the person. Although it is used predominantly for enhancing the facial contours and skin, the therapy also works on the energy and the mind of the individual.
