It is for this reason we accommodated all your requests between 2:30 pm until 8:30pm. The luxury package you chose is a heavily discounted package and total time should normally be about 4 hours to enable us attend to other clients.

I treated myself to the Mud Spa Luxury package for my birthday. I had high hopes after seeing the reviews but unfortunately, only the royal hammam made it worth it. I felt the other services were rushed and I didn't feel relaxed at all. For the pedicure, I paid extra for the gel polish but the coat was a mess. I regret not going for the regular free one and I'll have to get it redone somewhere else. I'm rating them a 3 star because customer service is great and the hammam did it for me. I'll come back for it if it's the same therapist and I've gotten over my displeasure.

The hamam experience and scrub was great. I will be back for that. 
My massage was not great. The lights were not dimmed, the room was cold, no aromatherapy. My masseuse’s phone went off multiple times and she even answered it once!

Excellent service. First time there and was very pleased. Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable.

I enjoyed both session, will definitely revisit.
