Been going to May Noh for bleaching/toning my hair for a couple of years. Always get compliments with one stranger even asking a waitress at a restaurant to ask me who does my color. My hair is black, and she gets it to a pearl blonde.

I always come back to Eco! Whether it’s a haircut or color, she’s been my favorite stylist in Vancouver. She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s honestly so nice to have a stylist who truly gets you.

I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. I’ve been doing my hair colour, root touch-up, and Tokio hair treatment with Kiness for a while now, and every visit has been amazing. Kiness is professional, patient, and pays great attention to detail. My hair always looks so beautiful afterward — soft, smooth, and healthy — even though I do root touch-ups every month. Eco-san is a talented and exceptional professional with lots of experience. After realizing her excellent sense of style, I've been asking her to recommend what she suggests would suit me most rather than trying to figure out what to do on my own. I've had many appointments with her and my hair is amazing every time. Hair cuts, colouring, treatments and styling, she's skilled in everything. She's also genuinely fun to chat with. She might just be Richmond's best kept secret.

Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

Minami helped me choose a hairstyle and color while carefully explaining everything along the way, which I really appreciated. She also showed me styling techniques and shared helpful tips. It had been a while since I changed my hairstyle, but it turned out so cute and I absolutely love it. I’d definitely love to come back again!

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Rina was very detailed and attentive! She made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond - I had a roots touch up which she helped blend into the rest of my hair, and it turned out the perfect colour, a neutral brown not orange at all. She also took my inspo for wispy curtain bangs into consideration, and adjusted it to suit my face shape. I'm super happy with her service and my new hair.

Jas was amazing as usual! I keep coming back for new colours and I am impressed every time. This time I didn't do my usual bleaching process and opted for a darker hair colour for a change. Jas shared her knowledge about what to expect in caring for my own hair and outlined the differences given my change from the usual bleaching and lighter colours. Shoutout to Angel too for giving the best head massages during hair treatments!

This is my second time getting my hair done by Chloe, and she never disappoints. I originally asked for color and a haircut, but after assessing my hair, she honestly advised against coloring it. I really appreciated her transparency and care. I chose a haircut instead, showed my inspiration, and she delivered perfectly as always.
