March 27 2020, COVID-19 UPDATE As you know, the health and safety of our staff, the clients we serve and the families in the community is our first priority. In light of the ever changing COVID-19 pandemic we are taking every precaution necessary to keep all our immune systems strong at this time. As of today March 27th 2020, our doors will close following the guidelines the Government of Alberta has issued to keep us all safe. We wish you so much health and wellness during this time! Back to Balance is a massage therapy and wellness centre based in Black Diamond, Alberta. With an emphasis on creating full body balance, Back to Balance practices deep tissue and relaxation massage techniques to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
