I am an experienced masseur & I have helped hundreds of clients over two + decades. For each appointment, I note the condition of their body, I listen to what they are having problems with, I treat accordingly & then, if it’s not going to be a quick fix, I continue to reflect after they have left on how I can help them better at their next appointment. No person is the same & I therefore do not have a one size fits all approach to help a client achieve health and improve their well being.

Thank you so much, Shirley, for your lovely words and for your continued trust in me. It truly means a lot. ❤️ I always do my very best to understand each client’s individual needs and to give every treatment the time, care and attention it deserves. Every body is different, and I believe good treatment is about listening to the body, working with it carefully and supporting improvement over time. It is always a pleasure to see you, and I’m so grateful for your continued support and confidence in my work. Thank you, Shirley. 🙏❤️
