Samm was professional, friendly, and did a great job with all the grooming services we requested. The facility was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. She was experienced with Huskies and knew how to handle our energetic and jumpy dog, which made us feel he was in safe hands. Overall, a great experience!

This is not the first time for my pet Leo here. Bork spa is really good and I always bring Leo here but this time I didn’t want Leo get shaved plus when I went to get him after completion he was very scared other then that everything is good.

Hi Binda, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry there seems to have been some miscommunication regarding Leo’s groom. At drop-off, I spoke with your husband and explained that Leo was severely matted/pelted down to the skin. Because his coat and skin are quite thin, attempting to brush the matting out could have caused bruising, skin irritation/lesions, or even tearing of the skin. We discussed the options together and agreed that the safest and most comfortable option for Leo was to shave the matted coat and give him a fresh start. I also recommended bringing him in for monthly brush-outs going forward so we can maintain a longer coat safely without having to shave him again. I completely understand that this information may not have been communicated back to you, and I’m sorry you were surprised when you picked him up. Leo’s comfort and safety were my priority throughout his groom, and I’d be happy to work with you going forward to keep him at the length you prefer. ❤️

Samm was awesome. She explained everything to us when she saw Thor. We used Bork for the first time, and we will be going back.
