Focused deep tissue massage to relieve tension, pain and muscle knots in a single back area. Trigger Point Therapy included to release stubborn knots and improve mobility. UPPER BACK (includes Neck & Shoulders)
Suitable for desk posture, stress, gym training or driving tension. Work includes deep tissue and trigger point techniques around the neck, shoulders and scapula to improve mobility and reduce knots.
LOWER BACK (includes Glutes)
Lower back discomfort is often linked to tight glutes and hip muscles. Including the glutes helps release tension, support the hips and may reduce sciatic-type discomfort.

Recommended Course:
For best results, a course of 4–6 sessions is advised. Treatments can be scheduled 1–2 times per week during the initial phase to activate lymphatic flow and reduce fluid retention more effectively. Unlike shorter sessions that focus on a single area, this treatment allows work across the entire back in one appointment. Professional stainless steel soft tissue tool (IASTM) are used to help release fascia, improve tissue mobility and prepare muscles for deeper massage techniques. Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release help improve shoulder mobility, reduce stubborn knots and ease chronic tension. Treating the glutes helps reduce tension on the lower back, as tight glutes often contribute to lumbar discomfort. Ideal for posture-related pain, desk work, stress or training.

Professional stainless steel soft tissue tool (IASTM) are used to help release fascia, improve tissue mobility and prepare muscles for deeper massage techniques. Trigger Point Therapy is included to release tight spots and improve muscle function.
Back work covers the upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and glutes to help relieve postural tension and support the lower back. Arms and legs are treated to reduce tightness from training, sitting, driving or overuse.

The treatment focuses on the neck, shoulders, upper back and other muscles commonly associated with headache and migraine symptoms.
Firm but controlled pressure is used to release tight muscles and trigger points that may contribute to head pain. Professional stainless steel soft tissue tool (IASTM) may also be used to help release fascia, improve tissue mobility and prepare muscles for deeper treatment. The 60-minute session allows more thorough work on problem areas to support longer-lasting relief. Pressure and techniques are always adjusted to your comfort level.
This is a pain-relief treatment focused on muscular tension, not a relaxation or spa massage.



Headache & Migraine Relief Massage – 60 min

This is a deep tissue massage focused on relieving pain, tension and discomfort in the legs. The treatment is designed for clients experiencing leg pain, muscle tightness, heaviness or fatigue, without lower back pain.
During this 45-minute session, the focus is on the gluteal muscles, hamstrings and calves, depending on where symptoms are present. Firm but controlled pressure, Trigger Point Therapy and professional stainless steel soft tissue tools (IASTM) are used to help release fascia, reduce muscle tightness, improve tissue mobility and prepare muscles for deeper treatment. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level.
This is a targeted pain-relief treatment rather than a relaxation or spa massage.
Foot massage is not included.

Contraindications:
Not suitable if you have acute inflammation, blood clots, severe varicose veins with pain, recent injury or surgery in the area, infection, open wounds or skin conditions. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions.
