Great customer service but nothing exceptional in the way of the massage. My nail technician for pedicure appeared to be new but ky manicure tech was great. Just mediocre overall for price.

Had the massage and facial package and added in a body scrub. Was a lovely experience. The spa is on 2 levels so not easily accessible if your mobility is not great as it’s up stairs and over low stones and pavers. The space the treatments are done in are just separated by fabric walls / doors so you can hear people talking etc so not a fully private room.
