Michelleās kind, soft, gentle manner. In the way she first greets you to the treatment itself. I had a reset facial and just didnāt want it to end. So many beautiful products applied with skill. I felt completely relaxed during my session and revitalised after. My skin was glowing. I will definitely be going again and wouldnāt hesitate to recommend Chells to anyone.
