This was my first experience of Reflexology. From the moment I arrived Mandy made me feel very special and relaxed. I would recommend her and if you haven’t tried it give it a go.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Mandy enough. 💗 Going through menopause without HRT, I wanted to find ways to support my wellbeing. After completing Mandy’s six-week Menopause Reflexology & Lymphatic Drainage package, alongside Reiki and Thai Massage, my sleep has improved and I feel less fatigued, calmer, more balanced and much more like myself again. Mandy is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive and caring, and her beautiful, cosy treatment space is a little haven. A truly restorative experience and a lovely investment in yourself. 💕

I loved it!! Mandy was amazing so sweet and had such a calming amazing energy. I will definitely be back for sure. I felt so relaxed and calm after and light. I can’t wait to add this to part of my self care journey.

An absolutely incredible experience. I couldn’t recommend this more. I had reflexology and I have never felt so calm and relaxed in my life it was truly amazing. Mandy is the loveliest person ever and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. If you’re needing a pick me up, a gift for someone, want to treat yourself or need to unwind after a stressful week this is where you need to go!🥰

Ah Ella it was an absolute pleasure meeting you and treating your feet . I’m so pleased that you were able to completely switch off and relax during your very first reflexology treatment. From the moment you walked through the door, I could see that you were ready for some much needed time just for you to slow down, let go of the week you’ve been through and simply be looked after. Creating a space where women can step away from everyday life and feel genuinely cared for is at the heart of Positive Soles, so hearing how calm, comfortable and relaxed you felt means so much to me. Honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! I felt so relaxed from start to finish and completely switched off. The room was absolutely incredible too, so peaceful, calming and beautifully done. Mandy was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. I also learnt so much throughout the treatment, which made the experience even more interesting. It was honestly amazing and I didn’t want it to end! I’m already so excited to book another one. I couldn’t recommend Mandy enough! 🤍
