1st time having my hair done by Kira. Unaware she was yet to complete her apprenticeship which may have been the reason my appointment took double the regular time. We got there in the end after several hiccups with some blonde foils. Many thanks to the salon owner for stepping in to assist and ensuring I left the salon very satisfied.
