Kadie Rankin

She's warm, friendly and professional. She always does a great job and does it with a smile. I can tell she's very skilled at her work.

Kadie is kind, patient and so helpful with everything we could need- water, candy, pop and taking our time for my daughter who is afraid of needles. Kadie is super professional and experienced and put us at ease with our choice of music and making my daughter as comfortable as possible. Getting her lobes done was quick and easy.

Kadie was very patient and provided clear and thorough explanations of the piercing process, what to consider if I chose a specific piercing or jewelry, and the aftercare process. They were attentive to my questions and needs and provided helpful feedback. Although I already have several ear piercings, this was my first pair of cartilage piercings (upper helix) and the sensation was equal to that of lobe piercings. I attribute this to their skillful hand. I like that I can work with them to get individualized jewelry designs and look forward to doing so in the future. A stellar experience!

Amazing as always. I love the way Kadie takes the time to really talk about the aftercare of the piercing in way that makes it understandable to teens. We will be back!
