Jemma was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the treatment I was booked in for. She was very thorough in both the consultation and explaining everything clearly. Although it is a bit uncomfortable as a treatment, I felt that she did everything she could to minimise any pain. The results are really good and I am very pleased and happy to recommend treatments with Jemma.

I had such a positive experience with Jemma. She is warm, welcoming and so easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. Her knowledge and experience really stood out, and she was professional, reassuring and genuinely lovely throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her.
