Hi, I just wanted to clarify that the €5 charge was not for the retention, but for the removal of the previous product, as you came in with a service from another salon. I completely understand there may have been a misunderstanding, so I just wanted to clarify this point. Thank you for understanding.

Daniela did an amazing job with the manicure-pedicure! She was super nice and welcoming, and I had a great time. We even got to chat in Spanish which made the experience even more enjoyable. I'm really happy with the results. She was professional and careful with everything. Highly recommend! 👌🏽😊
