After trying salon after salon and never quite being happy, I've finally found my nail person, and her name is Cristina! She's truly great at what she does. Cristina pays attention to every detail. My nails always come out clean, even, and exactly how I imagined, often even better. She takes the time to listen to what I want, gives honest suggestions when I'm unsure, and never rushes the job. My manicures last beautifully, and I constantly get compliments on them. Beyond her skill, she's warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment feel relaxing. Jammer dat ik na de behandeling terug naar binnen werd geroepen toen ik al bij me auto stond. Vervolgens bij meerdere mensen moest verantwoorde hoe de betaling zat. Waarvan 1 dame vanuit een pedicure stoel riep (ik gok een eigenaresse) dat ik helemaal geen wisselgeld hoefde terug te krijgen. Waar ik door de zaak moest roepen en uitleggen dat ik het goed bedoelde om naar boven af te ronden. En het is niet erg dat een werknemer moe is, dat mag. Maar als een klant uitgebreide behandeling (€€€) boekt (een spa behandeling) dan is het fijn dat klant hier niks van merkt. Cristina was overigens top!

Hey BB Jay, Wat jammer om te lezen dat je dit zo hebt ervaren. Onze excuses voor de onduidelijkheid rondom de betaling en het moment waarop je, nadat je al bij je auto stond, weer naar binnen werd geroepen. We begrijpen dat dit vervelend en ongemakkelijk kan zijn geweest. Dat er vanuit de pedicurestoel op deze manier werd gecommuniceerd, is inderdaad niet de manier waarop wij met u, maar ook niet met elkaar, willen communiceren. Ook de onduidelijkheid rondom de betaling had professioneler en duidelijker mogen verlopen. Fijn om te horen dat Cristina je behandeling wél helemaal naar wens heeft verzorgd. We geven je compliment graag aan haar door! We zouden dit graag persoonlijk met je bespreken en kijken of we het naar tevredenheid kunnen oplossen. Sta je ervoor open om hierover contact met ons op te nemen? 🤍
