We completely understand how frustrating a price change can feel, especially if it wasn’t clearly communicated. While we did share updates across our channels, we know that doesn’t always reach everyone, and that’s on us to make sure it’s clearer in-salon as well. As our costs and service standards evolve, we do adjust pricing from time to time — but our goal is always that you feel informed and taken care of. We truly appreciate you sharing this with us.
