Through our thorough whole body testing (FROM and BUNKIE), nervous system support and gentle fascia release we target specific tight areas and release them in order for you to regain full range mobility. A minimum of 3 consults within 2 weeks is recommended. After hours times can be arranged.

As a first session, I felt totally at ease and the exercises given were easy to understand and implement. This is very gentle in all aspects so anyone feeling a bit vulnerable will definitely appreciate the way they are being taken care of.
