I wanted to share my honest feedback about my hair treatment experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t at the level I expected. I felt that the treatment was mainly just applying the product, without any scalp massage or anything to help stimulate blood circulation, which I feel is an important part of this type of service. Also, while washing and drying my hair, the handling was a bit rough and not gentle enough. Instead of feeling relaxed and pampered, I felt that the process was quite quick and lacked the attention to detail that would make the experience feel more comfortable and enjoyable.

الموظفه اللي عملت لي (( البدكير )) سيئة جدا في الخدمة والتعامل ، أول موظفه اعتبرها سيئة في هذا الصالون الممتاز والموظفه اسماء اتعامل معاها دائما في صبغ الشعر وهي فعلا ممتازة 👏
