Denise was so professional yet down to earth which made me feel at ease . She answered any questions I had and checked I was ok and if I want to proceed with my piercing at several steps and talked me thought it. Highly recommend her if your thinking of getting pierced

Our daughter has wanted her ears pierced for ages and we finally decided to get it done for her 8th birthday. I booked the appointment online. When we arrived we were asked to sit upstairs. Denise came and got us to go in (this is when our daughter found out she was getting them done, it was a surprise for her) Denise was very good with our daughter and explained everything to her before she did each action, and she reassured her when she got nervous. Needless to say we have one very happy daughter and would definitely recommend
