My right cheek…is broken (yip!) at the moment, glute tendinopathy! Which means, my hips tighten my lower back is tight. Vicky releases this off with her sports massages whilst making me laugh with her chat through the sore bits! Absolutely brilliant, if you are thinking of booking in for any reason…. Do it.

Always a bit sore getting a sports massage but the benefits afterwards are great
