Taj did great job and I'm very satisfied with the color and style. However due to their charging practice I won't be going back. It happened twice. First time I went for free consultation. The price went up approximately $80 from the quote I was given. During my last appointment promotion which I received through the email wasn't honored due to staff not being aware of. They don't inform of any additional treatment/charges during the appointment. The surprise comes at the checkout. Drip pricing is illegal in Canada. This happened first time in my 35 year going to hairsalon.

It was my first time at Hairworks Salon in Mississauga and I was impressed by the atmosphere and personable ladies! Taj is extremely good at explaining every step of the process, professional and kind! I am very happy with the results and highly recommend her and the hair salon.
