Everyone at LO Spa & Nails at Lakeshore East are always so pleasant and cheerful. So glad they fit the four of us in at the end of the day!!

I booked my Mom a Spa Pedicure, which includes extended massages. She likes the pedicure because in the past, the ladies give her a nice foot and leg massage. She said the pedicure was good but no massage which she was looking forward to.
