Reviews
Sheila’s approach goes beyond a standard massage, with sessions tailored to what the body needs. She works with myofascial release and lymphatic drainage, and clients describe her explaining the treatment and sharing guidance for easing swelling at home.

Do we have a 6 star rating? They don't call it Advanced Bodywork for nothing. This wasn't my first massage with Sheila and it certainly won't be the last. If you haven't tried the Lymphatic Massage it is truly something. Inside and out!
