These sessions begin with a detailed assessment and planned one on one sessions. Suitable for those with injuries, medical conditions, chronic pain, lack of mobility, or those who prefer private sessions.

Yoga Therapy 

Recommended to increase eliminations through the skin and lungs. An essential oil is added to the steam, it vaporizes and then settles on the skin to be absorbed through the pores. The steam cabinet has an opening at the top allowing for cold cloths to be applied at the base of the neck and forehead to prevent headaches. A tepid shower is taken afterward to wash off the impurities that have been brought to the skins surface. Having a steam before a massage helps relax muscles and aids in absorption of the massage oils. Not recommended for people with high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems.

Our Private Hot Yoga Sessions are offered on a one on one basis and are done in a heated room. These sessions are focused on improving flexibility, decreasing mental stress, improving breathing and strength, and detoxing the body. 
Great for those who appreciate challenging the body and mind!

This session has elements of yoga and relaxation but focuses on mobility, releasing tention in muscles and connective tissue, by using manual manipulation techniques. 

Yoga Therapy MFR 

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and focused concentration. In this state you can utilize suggestions for behavioral change. The Hypnotherapist uses our natural ability to access this state. Hypnotherapy is a safe effective way to help improve your mental and physical well being. 
Explore past lives, improve self-esteem,lower stress, conquer negative habits and  foster healing of body, mind and spirit.
