Shay was extremely personable, professional, and punctual, which made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear that she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. She was super thorough, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is professional, skilled, and genuinely great at what she does!
