A targeted treatment to support your menstrual cycle, stress, and fertility journey. It is advised to do a course of treatments, ideally one treatment a week for a min of 4-6 weeks to begin. 

Fertility Focused Reflexology 

A gentle and safe therapy to support your wellbeing during pregnancy. It is advised to wait until you are 12+ weeks if you have never had reflexology before.
