Totally respectful of what I wanted. Saffy checked with me before applying products. She we as fast and did a great job. No faffing, a quick good cut. She also was extremely helpful in letting me know what to buy to keep it looking good between cuts and how to use the heated brush I decided I would get. Great experience. Thank you.
