Ryan was amazing at explaining reasons for my injury , did an amazing massage which reduced my pain and I left with a great understanding of how to manage it and a plan to get me back to running . I’d highly recommend .

Thanks Ryan. I’ve tried loads of physios and treatments over the last 20 years, and this was by far the most thorough session I’ve ever had. You clearly know what you’re doing and took the time to explain everything properly rather than just rushing through it. I left with a much better understanding of what’s been causing my problems and what I need to do about them. Looking forward to trying the exercises we went through. Thanks again and highly recommended!
