The Express Bootcamp (Fri/Sat)

A bespoke facial designed specifically to give you that deep clean feeling, but without stripping your skin. If London city living has taken its toll, then this is the facial to reduce congestion & allow your skin to breathe again.

This unique facial begins with a specialised lymphatic drainage massage to enhance circulation and aid in detoxification & reducing inflammation in the skin. Our therapist will then assess your skin to determine the suitability of manual extractions. 

Powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients from premium brands including LESSE, ACTIVIST and VOTARY are utilised, as well as high frequency & blue light LED therapy to effectively combat acne-causing bacteria and excess oil. 

For optimal results, a series of treatments may be recommended.

The Deeper Cleanse with LED (Mon, Thurs-Sun)

For the teeth grinders, the stressed souls, the migraine sufferers, or maybe the ones who work in customer service and always have a smile on their dial. Relieve the tension in your jaw and temples with our inside out facial. The hero of this treatment is the incredible buccal massage which involves our therapist massaging specific muscles & ligaments inside of the mouth including the masseter, cheeks and lips. This provides an instant relief to jaw tightness and helps reduce puffiness in the lower part of the face.

Post treatment, you'll notice a difference in jaw mobility, tightness and a softening of the face. The effects of buccal massage are cumulative - we recommend undergoing a monthly treatment over the course of 6 months, or a session every 3 weeks for those with intense tightness.

Your skin will be balanced, nourished and hydrated, with an additional scalp & shoulder massage included in the treatment to ensure the experience is deeply relaxing. 

Our therapist will provide tailored skincare & wellbeing advice at the conclusion of the facial to assist you in setting up a strong routine at home to care for your skin.

The Starter with LED (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Book in for the ultimate cell repairing lunch break or mid-week glow up. LED light therapy has immense benefits for the skin - from reducing fine lines & wrinkles, evening out skin tone, decreasing redness & inflammation, to promoting wound healing and reducing active acne breakouts. The results are big. 

One of our team members will do a 5min consultation with you when you arrive to ensure the correct LED wave length is chosen for your skin type and needs. From there, you'll relax under the LED dome for 30mins - just you, the cosy treatment bed, and your choice of music/podcast/sound bath. 

Also, LED treatments can be undertaken with a full face of makeup, so this really is a quickie...
