I honestly can’t recommend Ray-Ann/D’Vine Renewal enough. From my first appointment, she has made me feel so comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. She’s friendly, kind and professional, and just an all round lovely person. Her attention to detail and caring nature really set her apart from other hair removal salons I’ve been to. I’ve had such a positive experience and couldn’t be happier with both the service and my results. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I’m in such good hands. Highly recommend - wish it went higher than 5 stars!

had the best laser hair removal session! The therapist was gentle, professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The treatment was quick, painless and I’m already seeing such a big difference. The space was spotless and the service was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was my very first time trying laser hair removal and I was honestly a bit nervous, but the experience was amazing from start to finish! Everything was explained so well, the treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable. The space is spotless, professional and relaxing, which made me feel completely at ease. I’m already seeing a difference after just one session and can’t wait for the next! Highly recommend to anyone considering laser you’ll wish you started sooner! 💕✨

I always look forward to my laser sessions. The room is always suited to the weather (made warm when it’s cold outside, made cool when it’s warm outside). Ray-Ann is so professional and always wants the best for her clients.
