Natalie creates a welcoming environment that clients appreciate, often highlighting the enjoyable conversations during their appointments. Many leave delighted with their hair after services like colour treatments, subtle highlights, and the refitting of extensions. With a focus on personal care, one client noted feeling pampered during a wash and blow dry, while another praised Natalie for a prompt repair service to ensure they were holiday-ready.
