Amazing experience. Mata makes you feel so comfortable right from the first session. He knows exactly where your main areas of discomfort are and where to focus. Highly recommend.

Mata is fabulous! Super attentive and knowledgeable, he really understands the body mechanics. Even after the first session, I left feeling like I'd regained a lot of range of motion.

Possibly the best remedial work I’ve ever had done! I’ve never seen so much change in my physical condition before. Primal Bodies has a deep understanding of his craft and would recommend to anyone, especially those in active professions.

Mata was very welcoming and clearly has a deep knowledge of the human anatomy and how it is connected. I left with noticeable relief and increase in range of motion. HIGHLY recommend
