Before arriving at the salon, I called to inform them that I would be approximately 5–7 minutes late. I arrived around 3:17 PM and was informed that I would need to wait around 5 minutes for the staff member to finish with another client. However, my service did not begin until approximately 3:50 PM. In addition, the atmosphere in the salon felt quite tense, with staff members raising their voices and arguing in front of clients. I visit a salon to relax and enjoy the experience, not to sit through staff disputes and an uncomfortable environment.
