Lavanya’s defining strength is the blend of professionalism and kindness clients value at every visit. As a therapist, she works efficiently and gently, explains treatments clearly, and applies ice afterward to help cool the skin; clients also praise her consistent results and leave feeling comfortable and well cared for.
