Every time I see Lauren for a massage I always pinch myself for leaving it so long between treatments! The Deep rest ritual was the best head to toe treatment I could ask for. Lauren was able to bespoke my massage and focus on areas which we discussed, by the time I left, my tension was released and I felt so relaxed. Exactly what I needed, thanks again Lauren. See you soon!
