Lovely appointment with Karen at UKIYO as always . Went from grown out style with at least 1 cm of grey(well white!)showing; to a smart, bright immaculate cut. New colour,after consultation with Karen. Deeper, conker/burgundy. So happy with results. Thankyou so much Karen.
