REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING 1 on 1 sessions or attending group classes!
In the assessment session we will discuss in detail your current and past health & fitness questions/concerns/goals/etc. There will be a postural evaluation in which we will discuss some of the patterns presenting themselves through the expressions of the body and the implications of what they mean. 

This is an opportunity to better understand some of the tools, systems, methods, principles, & techniques that we use in our approach to help align our clients to a more functional, healthy, and happy life!

Assessment

For youth 3-12. A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present or a pre-authorization given with signed waivers.
