I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.
