About
I bring a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to our team, with a special focus on remedial massage. My journey began with acupuncture in Brazil over four years ago and deepened with over a year of practicing Ayurvedic wellness in Sydney. While I’m proficient in lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, cupping, and TMJ treatments, it’s my expertise in remedial massage that truly stands out. I excel at diagnosing and treating specific musculoskeletal issues, offering personalized sessions

A session with Jessica can be tailored to relaxation or a specific source of pain and restricted movement. Her remedial and deep tissue massage, cupping, and lymphatic drainage are among the treatments clients mention, with some also noting helpful advice for managing tension between sessions.
