Jessi took her time, worked through my hair patiently, checked on my developer several times to ensure minimum damage/breakage and she just understood what I was going for without having to over explain myself. Love love love her work.

Jessi is awesome. She is so friendly and fun, we had a great time chatting. For me, that made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I will be entrusting all of my hair care needs to Jessi from here on out.
